RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to love your Saddle & Soul Collective purchase.
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, unworn and in its original condition, with all original tags and packaging where applicable.
To request a return, please email saddlesoulcollective@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return before sending your item back.
Please do not return an item without contacting us first.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise covered by your rights under Australian Consumer Law, return postage for change-of-mind returns is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at saddlesoulcollective@gmail.com with your order number and photographs where appropriate so we can assist you.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer law.
Refunds
Once an eligible returned item has been received and assessed, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
For change-of-mind returns, certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene, health or safety reasons where applicable. Any such exclusions will be clearly identified on the relevant product page.
Sale or promotional items will be subject to the return conditions displayed at the time of purchase. This does not affect any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
